We started thirty years ago, trading in food, agricultural machinery, and steel manufacturing equipment.
We built factories in Soviet Union, Africa, and the Middle East and established excellent relations
with major European producers of latest technology.
We gained rich experience in processing of agricultural and chemical products; in trading on global
markets in food products, particularly in fruit and vegetables’ concentrates; and in instruments and
mechanisms of contemporary global finance. Now, our experience is available to our clients within our
innovative, integrated approach to the transformation of raw materials.

The projects we supply are turnkey projects. Together with complete machinery and engineering, we provide
management and technical assistance, secure a unique system of financing, organize the marketing, and,
if needed, provide a repurchase agreement to the investor.

to use their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to diversify their economy beyond the oil industry.
We provide turnkey plants for the transformation of raw materials to add value to Nigeria’s rich natural
resources. Considering the unstable and costly energy supply, we equipped our turnkey projects with biogas
plants. These plants process the waste, created by the factory, into energy, needed to run the factory.
The waste of the biogas plants can be further used as an organic fertilizer, while the surplus of
electrical energy produced can be made available to the local communities.
